1. What are cookies
Cookies are small files that a website saves on your browser to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies exist, such as browser local storage. In this policy we call them all "cookies".

3. Cookies from thenodai.com website
The informative website does not incorporate advertising analytics or tracking pixels in its code. The fonts and product representations are served from the website itself. The product video on the home page is served from an external DigitalOcean Spaces CDN using the browser's native player. When played, the provider receives the technical data necessary to deliver the file and can use technical security mechanisms. The other spaces reserved for videos do not load external players until a video is added.
Representations can use local technical storage to remember their visual state. It is not used to attribute affiliations or track you between sites. Website navigation and animations do not require a consent cookie.

The private review version may require authentication from the hosting provider to allow access. This review access is different from the Nod app login.
If we incorporate tools that require consent, their provider, purpose and duration will be informed and they will not be activated before obtaining it. The policy and preference mechanism will be updated with that addition.
4. App cookies app.thenodai.com
The application only uses technical and preference cookies, necessary for its operation. It does not use analytical or advertising cookies.

The app also uses the browser's local storage to remember the position of an on-screen button. Does not contain personal data.
These cookies are exempt from consent in accordance with article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request or to remember your interface preferences.
5. Third party content in landings, portal and onboarding
Nod Clients can embed third-party content in their landing pages, in their student portal or in their welcome process, such as videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Wistia or VTurb, or reservations from Calendly, Cal.com or GoHighLevel. The landing pages can load fonts from Google Fonts. These third parties may set their own cookies or receive technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, in accordance with their own policies.
When you visit a Client's landing page or portal, that Client is responsible for the content it embeds and for informing and, where appropriate, requesting your consent for those cookies.
6. How to manage or deactivate cookies
The cookie information notice is currently disabled. If you closed it previously, your preference may remain in your browser; does not authorize analytics or advertising. The current website does not incorporate these tools nor does it need an optional cookie selector. You can delete or block local storage and cookies from your browser settings. If technologies that require consent are incorporated, you can accept, reject and withdraw consent using the selector enabled before activation:
