1. Collection and renewal
Operations subscriptions and the Nod AI add-on are paid in advance, monthly or annually, including VAT. There is no free trial. The annual option is charged in a single payment for twelve months with a 20% savings. They renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
2. Cancellation without penalty
Cancel from Settings → Plans. If you cannot access, write from the owner's email to hello@thenodai.com; We keep the receipt of your message as the request date. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and maintains access until the end of the paid period. Canceling is not equivalent to deleting the data: its conservation and export are governed by the privacy policy.
3. Refunds for companies and professionals
Monthly or annual periods already started are not refunded due to lack of use, change in needs, voluntary cancellation or cancellation of the plan. There is no 14-day money-back commercial guarantee for professional contracts. This rule allows the annual discount to be maintained and does not limit the rights that apply by law.
- We fully refund duplicate or erroneous charges and any renewal charged after a correctly and timely requested cancellation.
- If Nod terminates the contract without breach by the Customer or significantly removes an essential function, we return the proportional part of the service paid and not enjoyed.
- If there is a substantial breach attributable to Nod that is not corrected within a reasonable period of time after reporting it, you may request resolution and a refund corresponding to the service not provided, without prejudice to other legal rights.
- A one-time incident does not by itself generate an automatic refund or SLA credit. Its scope and applicable rights are assessed.
4. Plan changes
The increases are applied after paying the proportional difference for the remaining time, crediting the time already paid for the previous plan and maintaining the renewal date. The reductions and changes between monthly and annual are applied upon renewal, without refund for the current period. The amount and date are displayed before confirming. Credit is not granted on unpaid invoices.
5. Nod AI Plugin
Nod AI requires Active Operation and is canceled independently. Canceling Nod AI does not cancel Operation. At the end of Operations the complement also ceases; Any paid Nod AI time that falls outside the Operations period is returned proportionally. The add-on is not renewed without its base plan. Unused consumption is not accumulated or exchanged for money. The limits and their calculation are detailed in Pricing.
6. If you have the legal status of consumer
The platform is aimed at companies and professionals. If you legally contract as a consumer, your mandatory rights are respected, including the withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the contract when applicable. Requesting immediate start does not automatically remove this right. The proportional part actually provided will only be charged if the legal requirements for information and express request are met. To withdraw, simply communicate your unequivocal decision to hello@thenodai.com. The refund is made within the legal period, without penalty.
7. How to request a return
Write to hello@thenodai.com from the owner's email with the business, date, amount and reason for the collection; do not send complete card details. The first indicative response is 48 to 72 hours and may be prolonged; Legal deadlines are respected in all cases. Approved returns are ordered to the same payment method, unless otherwise permitted by law. The time until you see them in your account depends on the bank. Nod does not deduct processing fees from a refund due to the Customer.
Nod AI plugin · release conditions
The Launch/Growth/Scale catalog of /pricing#nod-ia is the launch catalog, additional to the Operations plan. Additional monthly or annual price with VAT included, fees per business and without accumulation; cloning and voice study are included in Scale. No automatic overage charges. The conditions contemplate cancellation at the end of the period, immediate proportional increase and reduction in renewal. At the end of Operation, the supplement ceases and the Nod AI time paid that exceeds the validity of the base plan is proportionally returned. It does not limit legal rights or refunds due for incorrect charges or non-compliance attributable to Nod. Check the applicable conditions when contracting.
Rights of international customers
These cancellation and refund terms do not exclude refunds or other remedies required by mandatory law applicable to the customer, including remedies for incorrect charges or failure to provide the contracted service. The English translation does not change subscription periods or create a separate subscription.
