A single chat.
Specialized insight.

Two planned specialties will combine their analysis methods with the data available from your business.

A Media Buyer to analyze with you.

You will be able to review campaigns, sets and creatives; investigate performance changes and prepare proposals for testing, scaling or rotation. Each recommendation will explain the evidence and what to check before acting.

What should I review before increasing the budget?

An assistant for the work that comes next.

You will be able to gather information from clients, tasks, tickets and interactions to prepare summaries, calls, briefs and emails. The drafts will be left for your review; They will not be sent automatically.

Start with the question
you need help answering today.

You won't need to know which report each piece of data is in to start investigating it.

Campaigns and lead capture

What campaigns should you review?

Compare investment and results. Match campaigns with opportunities only when there is verified attribution.

Leads and opportunities

Who needs monitoring?

Search for contacts with booking intent who do not yet have a call scheduled.

Sales and collections

How much have we earned this month?

Distinguish confirmed collections, recorded sales, and pending payments when comparing periods.

team and tasks

What is blocking delivery?

Review deadlines, responsible parties and pending issues to prepare a priority proposal.

Customers and support

What do I need to know before the call?

Gather context, tickets, and commitments to prepare for customer follow-up.

Business vision

What deserves my attention today?

Ask for a summary of changes and drill down into the data that justifies each next step.

A question can lead you
to the origin of the problem.

How is the lead capture going this week?

Operations AI

In the last seven days, 120 leads have been registered, compared to 100 in the previous seven: 20% more. Of them, 18 have a call scheduled, compared to 20 before.

120 leads18 with call15 % with reservation

The proportion with calls goes from 20% to 15%. Recent leads have also had less time to reserve: it is worth reviewing this difference before attributing it to the quality of the acquisition.

Example sources: leads and agenda · Two seven-day periods · Fictitious data

What would you check first?

First, unanswered contacts and opportunities with the intention to book but without an appointment. You would then compare campaigns using an equivalent tracking window.

Prepare a summary for the team.

Draft to review

Deposit increases, but the proportion with reservation decreases. Proposed order: Review unanswered contacts, continue booking-intent opportunities, and compare campaigns with the same follow-up time. Before assigning tasks, check the records of each group.

Facts, context and decisions

Before deciding,
understand what you know
and what's missing.

The value of the chat will not only be in returning a figure. It will help you check what it means, what limits the analysis has, and what a reasonable next step would be.

01

First, the data.

A response must identify the source and period. This way you will be able to distinguish a confirmed collection from a registered sale or know if two figures are being compared with the same dates.

120 leads · 18 reservationsExample: leads and seven-day agenda.
02

Next, the context.

A lower proportion of reservations does not in itself prove that contacts are worse. More recent ones may have had less time to book. If information is missing, the AI must indicate it.

15% with reservationThe figure needs a comparable monitoring window.
03

Finally, the proposal.

You can request a review order and the reason for each priority: check unanswered contacts, review booking intent, and compare campaigns when there is verified attribution.

A plan to reviewRecommendation differentiated from the facts.

The decision remains with your team.

The chat can help you prepare a brief or a draft. Requesting this analysis will not send emails, will not change budgets and will not give access to information outside of your permissions. The above figures are illustrative.

Facts, context and decisions · scope

AI Chat
in detail.

Your business already has information. You can talk to her.

A campaign generates contacts. The team turns them into opportunities. Calls, collections and tasks tell the rest of the story. The chat will be connected to the Operations areas to relate that information when you need it.

You will be able to ask questions in your own words, compare periods and ask for the details that explain a variation. If the data is not linked or is not sufficient to conclude, the response must indicate this.

From question to decision

  • Ask how you would talk to your team. Specify a campaign, a client or a period, or ask for an overview.
  • The AI will query the relevant context of the connected areas you have access to.
  • Review figures and findings along with their sources. Recommendations will be distinguished from facts.
  • Keep going deeper: ask for a comparison, a brief, or a draft without explaining the entire conversation again.

Sources, period and update

You will know what information supports the answer and what dates the analysis includes. Some data will come directly from Nod and some will depend on the last sync of an integration. Real-time information is not assumed.

Each person's access still counts

The chat will respect the permissions of whoever uses it. Having access to the AI will not give access to areas or records that that person cannot consult. The offering, objectives, and instructions you provide will help guide the recommendations.

Requesting an analysis or preparing a draft will not modify campaigns or send messages. The actions that are enabled will have their own permissions and confirmations.
