Google Calendar and Google Meet
- What it does: When you schedule a call with a client in Nod, the event is created in your Google Calendar with its Google Meet link and the invitation is sent to your client. If you change or cancel the call on Nod, the event is updated or deleted.
- How to connect: “Connect with Google” button, choosing your Google account.
- Permissions requested:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events(view and edit events on your calendars),openidandemail(identify your Google account). - What data does it use: your Google email address, to show which account is connected, and the events that the platform itself creates for your calls.
- What it doesn't do: does not read the rest of the events on your calendar, nor your email, contacts or files.
- Google Meet is not a separate connection: the Meet link is created with this same integration.
Meta Ads
- What it does: import your ad account's campaigns, ad sets, ads, and daily metrics into your dashboard.
- How to connect: “Connect with Facebook” button. In the Meta window you choose your business and the advertising account you want to connect.
- Permissions requested:
ads_read(read your ad performance) andbusiness_management(access the advertising account of the business portfolio that you choose when connecting). - What data does it use: of each advertising account, its identifier, name, currency and status; of campaigns, sets and ads, their identifier, name, status, goal, budget and thumbnail; and daily metrics per ad (spend, impressions, clicks, shares, share value and video views).
- Frequency: 90 days of history when connected and updated every hour.
- What it doesn't do: never create, modify, pause or delete ads, campaigns or quotes. He doesn't post to your pages or read messages.
Calendly
- What it does: imports the reservations from your Calendly to your Nod calendar every 15 minutes, associates them with the client or lead who booked and registers someone you don't know as a lead. Allows you to cancel a reservation or mark the person as a no-show from Nod.
- How to connect: “Connect with Calendly” button.
- Permissions requested:
users:read,scheduled_events:readandscheduled_events:write. - What data does it use: your Calendly username and, for each reservation, the type of event, hours, status, meeting link, and the name and email of the person who booked.
- What it doesn't do: does not create or reschedule reservations; He only cancels them or marks an absence when you ask.
Cal.com
- What it does: imports reservations from your Cal.com every 15 minutes and associates them with the customer or lead who booked; Register someone you don't know as a lead.
- How to connect: “Connect with Cal.com” button.
- Permissions requested:
PROFILE_READandBOOKING_READ. - What data does it use: your profile and, for each reservation, title, hours, status, link and name and email of the person who booked and the host.
- What it doesn't do: does not create, modify or cancel reservations.
Fathom
- What it does: When Fathom finishes recording a call with a client or lead, it saves the link to the recording, the summary and the agreed tasks in its file. If the person does not exist, register them as a lead.
- How to connect: by pasting your Fathom API key. Nod automatically registers the webhook in your Fathom account and deletes it when you disconnect.
- What data does it use: the recording link, title, times, guests, summary and tasks.
- What it doesn't do: does not download or save the full transcript or video. Internal-only calls are ignored.
Commas (formerly FanBasis)
- What it does: records in your income each Commas payment and subscription, with its client and its product, and gives access to the purchased program. When connecting, the payment history matters.
- How to connect: pasting your API key. Nod registers the payment notice in your Commas account.
- What data does it use: transactions, refunds and subscriptions, with the name and email of the buyer and the product.
Stripe
- What it does: records each collection, refund and subscription from your Stripe account in your income. If you add your secret key, publish your products, prices and payment links on your Stripe.
- How to connect: creating a webhook on your Stripe with the address that Nod gives you and pasting the signing key. The secret key is optional.
- What data does it use: collections, refunds and subscriptions with the name and email of the customer and the product. Nod never receives or saves card data.
Resend
- What it does: If you connect your own Resend account, the emails that your business sends to your clients leave from your own domain. Without connecting it, they leave from the Nod address with your name.
- How to connect: by pasting your Resend API key.
Slack
- What it does: sends alerts to a Slack channel when a form arrives, based on its score, or when prompted by an automation.
- How to connect: pasting the address of an incoming Slack webhook.
Webhooks
- Starters: Typeform, Tally, Make, Zapier or any website can send data to a Nod automation with its own address.
- Outgoings: an automation can notify another tool by sending the event data to the address you indicate.
Nod AI and its connections.
Instagram statistics, messages, and comments require different capabilities and permissions. Connect your account with the corresponding authorizations.
Calendly, Cal.com and payment services will reuse Operations feeds. The availability of a service in Operations does not automatically activate its Nod AI capabilities.
