Pending fees and collections · how it works
A closed sale is not always a collected payment.
Check the status of payments, fees and subscriptions to understand what money has come in and what is still pending. The history maintains the link with the person and the product.
Register the operation
Stripe and Commas synchronize sales; transfer or cash collections can be recorded manually.
Continue the commitment
Check pending installments, expirations and active subscriptions. Refund statements preserve the traceability of the operation.
Keep the receipt
Generate numbered PDF receipts and consult the history. Nod receipts do not replace a VAT tax invoice.
