This page lists the providers that process personal data on behalf of Nod to provide the Platform. We will notify you at least 15 days in advance of any changes, in accordance with the Processing Commissioning Agreement.

Provider planned for voice cloning
ElevenLabs Inc. is the intended provider to process voice recordings, voice models, texts and generated audios for the purpose of providing the requested cloning and audio generation. Will act as manager or sub-manager according to the relationship described in the Privacy Policy.
Provision of the function requires verifying the application of its DPA, its sub-processors, processing locations and guarantees for transfers outside the EEA. The DPA contemplates standard contractual clauses. Exclusive EU residency is not assumed or offered as included in Nod plans.
Services that connect each Client
The following services are only involved if the Client connects them by their own decision. They are not subprocessors of Nod: the Client maintains its own relationship and its own conditions with them, and Nod is limited to transmitting or receiving data following its instructions.

Other third parties
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): published landing pages can load fonts from Google servers, which receive the visitor's IP address.
- Content embedded by Clients (YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Wistia, VTurb, Calendly, Cal.com, GoHighLevel): they are uploaded when the Client adds them to their landings, portal or onboarding, under their responsibility.
