Each flow starts from an event and applies the actions you have defined.
Without an email provider configured, create the account and do not send anything.

If there is no email provider configured, creating access does not imply sending the message. You can also use actions like moving a stage, assigning a person in charge, or putting a label: each requires its own settings.
