From booking to conversation, come prepared.
A call needs more than just a slot in the agenda: contact, invitation, meeting link and follow-up. Connections bring these pieces together in the operation.
Receive the reservation
Calendly and Cal.com sync bookings periodically. Nod search for the corresponding contact or create a new one.
Prepare the call
Google Calendar can create the event, invitation, and Meet link. Check the calls in the weekly agenda.
Recover what was said
Integration with Fathom associates recording, summary, and tasks to the contact for continued context.

Schedule your calls
- Create calls from the customer file.
- With Google Calendar connected, the event is created in your calendar with its Google Meet link and the client is invited.
- Your customer can add the call to their own calendar.
Reservations that enter alone
- Calendly and Cal.com bookings are imported every 15 minutes.
- If the person booking is already a customer, the call appears in their file. If it's a lead, on yours. If you don't know him, he is registered as a new lead.
- If they cancel on Calendly or Cal.com, it is also canceled on Nod.
- With Calendly, you can cancel the reservation or mark the person as a no-show since Nod, and Calendly finds out.
Recordings with summary
- With Fathom connected, each recorded call is saved in the person's record with the link to the recording, summary and agreed tasks.
Weekly calendar
- Weekly grid with your calls and tasks, with the icon of where each call occurs.
